Refund policy

At Coach House Partners (DEXC), we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a faulty or damaged item, we’re here to help.

Faulty Items

If your item is faulty or damaged, you may return it within 7 days of receiving your order for a replacement or full refund. Please ensure the item is returned in its original condition and packaging, along with proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at customercare@chpgb.co.uk with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Photos of the fault may be requested to assist with processing your return.

Non-Faulty Items

We do not currently accept returns for items that are not faulty. Please choose your items carefully before placing your order.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return the faulty item (if applicable) for a refund and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a few working days.
